It’s a mystery

Can’t write a review on the ring. But I can with the Customer Service. The ring was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 29th. On Friday the 29th I received an email saying that it would be delayed. I live in North Carolina. I tracked it and saw that it was still in Tennessee. Five days later. It is now in South Carolina. I emailed to find out if there was a mistake on the address. Or if they could give me an idea of when it might be here. I received a Starky email stating that they do not control the United States Postal Service. I’m sure the ring will eventually get here. But Customer Service is lacking.
