So I ordered the ring with engraving which was two separate charges. No problem. But when I received the ring and it was HUGE, I did an exchange label, they sent no instructions or had any place to type in what the EXCHANGE size would be. So I sent it back and hand wrote what size I wanted. They refunded me for the ring but never emailed me or sent me anything about my engraving fee or getting another ring. It was really odd.. so when I contacted them and asked why I got a refund and only partial, they said I had to order the ring again and that they didn’t refund the engraving fee. It doesn’t make sense because the engraving fee is more expensive than the ring. It was just a shady process, their sizing is SO OFF. My husbands ring size has been the same since he was 15, he’s FORTY FIVE. They said to just order another one and they would refund ONE TIME engraving fee. I wasn’t even confident in which size to order, so I just didn’t re order. They kept my money for the engraving fee. If I ordered again, I would’ve had to have the right size or be out of the money anyway and then have to deal with sending it back again and waiting for partial refund. It was annoying. I just need to see if I can get my jeweler to order something similar and do it the old fashioned way! I think they really need to adjust their sizing. And the return/exhange/refund/partial refund & reorder gambit is too much, it’s not a good system. Not a good policy. It’s too bad because the ring looked nice and would’ve been perfect had it fit and it wasn’t such weird exchange policy.
