We haven’t used them yet so I cannot say how durable they are but they fit nicely and look nice. My fiancée got this one and I got the a smaller size in same color.

Lost in transit

First, this company makes great products. Their only issue is customer support.

My purchase was shipped over a month ago and was lost in transit. USPS tracking shows it as moving between facilities, last updated weeks ago. I contacted support and they refunded me the shipping but not the purchase price.

I get that it's not SafeRingz fault that it was lost in transit, but it still sucks to never receive the item. I generally expect vendors to offer a full refund or replacement shipment if the item is verifiably never received.
