Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do! It takes about 2 weeks to be delivered. The cost is $15.99 for USPS first class shipping including tracking.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Standard shipping within the United States (USPS First Class w/tracking) is $3.99. We do offer expedited shipping which is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do, but it tends to take a little longer for customers to receive their rings.
What if I need an exchange?
For all exchanges, please re-order the correct size/color(s) you desire on our website and send back the original ring(s) in new un-worn condition within 30 days for a refund. Re-ordering will ensure your desired ring is in stock and help expedite the whole process. Please be aware that our return labels expire after 20 days. If you print a label for a return and it has not been mailed within 20 days after printing, that label will be canceled and no longer usable. For your convenience, you can print return label HERE.
Returns/Exchanges for Bundles?
You may return one or more rings from your bundle purchase if necessary. Simply purchase the new ring(s) at regular (non bundle) price, and once we receive your return (follow the instructions under exchanges), the amount you paid for the ring on the new order will be refunded to your original order.
How do I get a refund?
Please return the ring(s) within 30 days of purchase in unworn condition. Be include the Order Number, Name, and/or Email Address associated with the order in the package. For your convenience, you can print a return label HERE.
Do you offer a warranty on your rings?
Yes we do offer a limited warranty. We warranty our rings against breakage due to a defect in the manufacturing process. If your ring breaks within the first 6 months due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your ring at no cost. In order to take advantage of this, you must be able to send us a picture of the broken ring along with the order number or email address associated with the original order. Once we have verified your purchase and seen the picture of the broken or torn ring, we will send you out a replacement ring at no cost. This warranty only applies to your original ring purchase, and does not apply to your replacement ring. If you feel you can take advantage of this warranty, please email us at email@example.com and once we have verified your eligibility for replacement we will process your request.
Do you sell wholesale to retailers?
Yes, we do offer wholesale prices to retailers. Our discounted wholesale pricing now includes individually packaged and labeled rings ready for resale along with informational materials. All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your discount code, and order a minimum quantity of 50 rings for the discount to be applied.
Do you offer any safety or general information materials for workplace use?
Yes, we would be happy to send you some materials and information. Just email your request to email@example.com along with your shipping address, and we will get the materials sent out.
How wide are your rings?
Original rings are 6mm wide and Thin rings are 3mm wide.
When will you have more colors in stock?
We are constantly updating our inventory, so hopefully the ring you are looking for will be in stock within a couple of months. We have some more unique colors in production now, so stay tuned.
How long does it take to get an order?
Within the United States, it typically takes about 5-7 business days from the ship date for customers to receive their rings. Please allow 2 days for us to process your order and have it ready for shipment. For international shipping, it can take between 2-4 weeks.
How are your rings shipped?
Our rings are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (with tracking) in a 6x9 Grey Envelope with our name and logo on the outside.
Do you do expedited shipping?
Yes we do. Rates are based on the shipping option that is chosen and delivery location. They are calculated at checkout.
Your cart is not accepting my credit card?
Usually when this happens it's because the billing address entered doesn't perfectly match the billing address on file with the credit card company. So, for security purposes, our cart denies the card. Is it possible that this happened?
Why is there a charge pending if my order didn't go through?
What happens is: if you try to make a purchase online, but it doesn't process, the bank (credit card company) will “hold” the funds simply because you tried to make the purchase. After a couple of days, when the money is never collected from us, it will disappear from your statement.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, we do. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is marked as shipped. Once the package hits the USPS mail stream, you can check in to get status updates.
Do you offer a military discount?
SafeRingz offers a complementary ring for active military and veterans. If you qualify, please note in the Customer Notes box at checkout “Active Military or Veteran” and we will be honored to send you or your loved one a complimentary ring along with your order. Also, please note the size and color you wish to have for your free ring. Please do not order the free ring. We do require the purchase of one ring to receive the complimentary gift of appreciation. Limit one ring per order.
Since it is a complimentary ring, it will not show up on your confirmations but it is noted on our packing slip mailed with the order.
What size should I pick if your sizing chart doesn't fit my ring size?
If you are a half size, our customer base over the years has lead us to the following suggestion: If you are an 8.5 or smaller, we recommend you go up in size. For example, if you are measuring at a 6.5, you should order a size 7. If you are a 9.5 or larger, we recommend you go down in size. For example, if you are measuring at a 10.5, you should order a size 10. If for any reason the ring does not fit, we can always exchange it for you. We also sell a ring sizer in our store that will accurately measure your ring size if you don't have a jeweler, and you want to make absolutely sure. It is available HERE.
Why haven't I received my order, and it has been over ten days from shipment?
Occasionally, orders will get lost in the mail. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the shipping date, please first check to make sure that you go through all of your mail. Sometimes our customers are expecting a package at the door, rather than an envelope in their mailbox. If you do not find it mixed in with your junk mail, then please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you haven't received your order. Please include the Order Number and/or Name or Email Address it was ordered under.
