For all exchanges, please first re-order the correct size/color(s) you desire on our website and then send back the original ring(s) in new un-worn condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund.  Please do not ask for exchanges via mail.   Re-ordering on the website first will ensure that the ring you want is in stock, and will expedite the entire process.   Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund.
